Refund Policy

At Kezza Services, we offer refunds for reasons deemed valid by us. For example, if the product does not work on your computer despite having the supported hardware or if the product didn't work at all, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you encounter any issues loading the product onto your computer, please contact us for assistance. We are here to help you get it working. 

Please note that reasons such as "I didn't like the product," "I'll be away from home and won't be able to use the time left on my key," or "the product is down for updates and I didn't check the status" are not valid for a refund.
